Will the venue's Wi-Fi be enough for the stream?

We don't rely on it. We bring our own bonded-LTE uplink and use venue fiber as backup, so a hotel Wi-Fi hiccup never takes the stream offline.

Can we bridge questions from Zoom into the room?

Yes — we route remote audio and (optionally) video into the IMAG feed so on-stage speakers can interact with virtual attendees the same way they would with the room.

How fast is the recording delivered?

Raw ISO recordings within 24 hours. An edited highlight reel within 72 hours. Full speaker-by-speaker cuts on request.

Do you handle closed captions / accessibility?

Yes. We can route AI captions live or coordinate with a third-party CART service for true human captions. We also send a live ASL interpreter feed when needed.
