Why us

Why our video work doesn't drop a frame.

Cameras, switchers, and screens are the most visible failure points in any show. We staff them accordingly.

01

Director on every multi-cam show

Live switching isn't a side task for the audio engineer — we staff a dedicated video director who watches the program feed all show.

02

Daylight-rated projection

High-lumen Christie and Panasonic projectors hold contrast in glass ballrooms, atriums, and tents where most rentals wash out.

03

Broadcast-quality recording

ISO + program feeds at delivery bitrates so post-event highlight reels and on-demand replays look like TV, not a webcam capture.

Typical setups

Common configurations.

Pick the setup that fits your room — we'll scale it up or down from there.

  1. 01
    Under 200 attendees

    Single-screen breakout

One projector or large monitor, screen-only setup, presenter laptop input. No IMAG. Clean and quick.

  2. 02
    200–800 attendees

    IMAG keynote

Two-camera IMAG with live switching to side LED walls or front projection. Cameras stay on speakers and audience reaction.

  3. 03
    800+ attendees

    Multi-cam main stage

4–6 cameras, full director on comms, ISO recording at broadcast bitrates, optional hybrid feed bridged to remote viewers.

Three days, six breakout rooms, 1,200 attendees. One team handled it all. No drama, no surprises, just a great event.

FAQ

Questions we get on video & displays.

Don't see your question? Call us at (732) 555-0142 — we answer the same day.

  • Yes. The broadcast feed and the record feed run on parallel paths — losing one never takes down the other. You get a polished live stream and a clean archive in the same pass.
